Web Site Security and Privacy
In order for you to make an informed choice about your use of our web site, we have provided this statement to fully disclose how, when and why information may be collected from you. Any personal information that you provide to us via this web site will only be used in accordance with the Lifeplan Privacy Statement.

Traffic Information
We do not collect personal information such as your name, or email address if you are just browsing the site.

However we collect non-personal information about where our visitors have come from and who referred them to us (by collecting their domain name, and the last web site visited before ours), which areas they visit within our site, and what software they use to access our site (eg a Microsoft browser on Windows 2000).

We count, track, and aggregate this information into an analysis of general traffic flows. These statistics are used to make improvements to the information and services provided at our web site, and to ensure that the format of the information is compatible with the software our visitors are using.

In order to organise all of this information in a meaningful way, we may use the IP address of your computer to track your visit to our site. An IP address is the unique numerical identity assigned to each computer logged onto the Internet, and this address is used to associate a visit or series of visits with a single computer. Lifeplan may use cookies (small programs downloaded and run by your web browser) in order to assist in aggregate statistical analysis and sometimes to customise the site for faster use. The cookies used by Lifeplan cannot be used to determine the actual identity of visitors. Once you have left our web site, the cookies are deleted and no record is kept of them.

The use of cookies is not required, and Lifeplan's web site will still operate if you have configured your browser to not accept them.

Links to Other Web Sites
From time to time, the Lifeplan web site may contain links to the web sites of other companies. While these companies will be of a reputable nature, Lifeplan cannot assume responsibility for your privacy once you are at the web site of another company. We advise you to read that company's privacy policy, and make your own decisions accordingly.

Your Email Address
When you provide feedback on our web site, request further information or request contact with a Lifeplan staff member, we may ask you to provide your email address.

It is not Lifeplan's policy to sell email addresses to third parties, or to make unwanted solicitations. Your email address will not be forwarded to any third party unless they are engaged by Lifeplan to conduct business on our behalf, and an agreement of confidentiality exists between Lifeplan and the other party. We provide them with only such information about you so they can perform their services but impose strict requirements of security on how they handle your information.

If you provide Lifeplan with your email address we may use your information to inform you about other Lifeplan products and services. If you have subscribed to a newsletter or other email service, you will be given the option to unsubscribe each time you receive an email. At any time, you can email Lifeplan and ask us to stop sending email. You can also ask us to not include you in any email advertising campaigns if you didn't indicate this at the time you supplied your email address to us.
